What is day in the park?
Day In The Park is a FREE community event held every Monday of Labor Day designed for the purpose of simply loving the community in the urban area of Portland, Oregon. The event is packed with music from top national artists to locally available services. All music and activities are family-friendly and for all ages, and best of all FREE.
The Main Events: "The Soul Shine Tour" featuring
Group 1 Crew, Mr. Talkbox (formerly of NSYNC),Tray Michaels Benjiman, 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, Motorcyle Stunt Jumping Team, Home Run Derby, etc. All FREE!
Kids' Zone: There will be a "Kids' Zone" with Kids Stage, Inflatables, Games, Craft Area, Snow Cones, and Cotton Candy!
All FREE!
When & Where: Lents Park, Portland, Oregon. Sept 5, 2011, 10:00am to 8:00pm.
